At a custody hearing yesterday in Los Angeles, attorneys for Britney Spears and Kevin Federline worked out an agreement that gives Britney expanded visits with her kids. Britney will get three days a week of supervised visitation, and within a month, she may also get sleepovers. She'll also have the boys on Mother's Day. Kevin still retains full custody, but Britney is hoping to get 50/50 custody reinstated by August. Outside the courtroom, Kevin's attorney said he was, "pleased" with the progress Britney seems to be making on a daily basis. And he called the ruling, "a step in the right direction."

Ryan Seacrest might be adding hosting duties of another kind to his schedule in 2009. A source from within CNN says that Seacrest is involved in "serious negotiations" to take over “Larry King Live” around year’s end. King told The New York Times in April 2007 that Seacrest would be his first choice to take over the show when the time came. Ryan occasionally fills-in for Larry King.

John Mayer doesn't understand what all the fuss is about regarding his new relationship with Jennifer Aniston. "Listen, this is not a scandal, this is not an issue, this is not a problem, this needs no spin control," Mayer told Entertainment Tonight. "This is me living my life." Mayer doesn't even blame the paparazzi who snagged a photo of the pair sunbathing. Commenting that the photographer had "a really powerful lens," Mayer went on to say, "I don't fault anybody. I don't fault you. I don't fault this or that. There are much worse problems in the world. Everything's cool." But while
US magazine claims things between the pair are so serious that Mayer sent Aniston fresh flowers every day for five days in late April, the New York Post reports that John is already cheating on Jen. A witness at the hotspot 1Oak claims that he was seen hanging out with Maroon 5's Adam Levine Friday night and Mayer "was all over some blond girl."

Rumors that Mariah Carey didn't have time to get a prenuptial agreement drawn up before she married Nick Cannon are apparently not true. Both "People" magazine and E! Online are reporting that they do. Mariah supposedly told a friend, "Anyone who thinks we didn't have a prenup is smoking something."  Oh yeah, and here's the "exclusive wedding photo" I told you about this morning.  Gee, thanks, People magazine!
