Hermione is finally going to get her some Harry Potter in the Hot Rumor of the Day! Emma Watson spent Valentine's Day with Daniel Radcliffe. They were reportedly spotted, "huddled together" at a London pub that night. At the end of their supposed date, a witness says, "They left, heads together and whispering, and headed in the direction of Daniel's home nearby." Daniel, who's 18, just split up with his girlfriend earlier this year. Emma, who's 17, was rumored to be dating a 27-year-old musician. But she denied it.
TV chef Emeril Lagasse is selling his empire to Martha Stewart for $50 million. There is an extra $20 million in it for Emeril if the brand performs up to certain benchmarks under Martha's control. The deal includes Emeril's TV shows, kitchen products and cookbooks, but not his 11 restaurants or his corporate office. Martha says, "I first met Emeril more than 20 years ago, before he had opened his first restaurant. I have been an admirer ever since. His remarkable talents in the kitchen and his high-energy exuberance delight and inform. He made television cooking programs mainstream, opening the category to new audiences and proving that cooking is something everyone can enjoy." Emeril added, "I look forward to joining with Martha and her talented management team to grow the Emeril brand." The deal is expected to close within the next few months.
Pink and her husband Carey Hart are getting divorced, after two years of marriage. Pink's rep says, "This decision was made by best friends with a huge amount of love and respect for one another. While the marriage is over, their friendship has never been stronger." Pink and Carey met at the 2001 X Games. He’s a motocross racer. Pink proposed to Carey in 2005, when he was in the middle of a race. She ran into the pit area with a sign that said, "Will you marry me?" Carey forfeited the race to accept the proposal. I bet he wishes he had the trophy now instead. Last summer, there was talk that things weren't going well, but everybody denied it at the time.
Avril Lavigne and her husband Deryck Whibley hit up some children's stores in L.A. on Monday. They went to Kitson for Kids, Lisa Kline Kids and Petit Tresor and picked up a cheetah diaper bag, baby AC/DC tees and a camo pacifier holder at the store. She shielded her tummy with her large Prada bag. Obviously, we haven't heard anything official about a pregnancy yet. |
