Oh the Hot Rumor of the Day is hot! "American Idol" contestant David Hernandez once entertained audiences not by singing, but by removing his clothes, according to a manager at a male strip club in Phoenix. He once worked as a stripper at Dick's Cabaret, appearing fully nude and performing lap dances for the club's male clientele. Gordy Bryan is the manager and he says David worked there for about three years until September of last year. I don’t know if people will start protesting that he be kicked off the show or not. However, let’s remember Season 2 contestant Frenchie Davis. She gained notoriety after being kicked off "Idol" for posing in lingerie on an adult website to earn money for college. Frenchie has said, “They had decided that because ‘American Idol’ was a family show, that they could not have me on the show because of the pictures I had taken – though they had never seen the pictures. If the rules have changed, I believe there should be something to make up for the fact that I was humiliated needlessly."
Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt got their hands on an old Britney Spears demo recording that never made it onto any of her albums. They've been working with a lot of producers on Heidi's new album and one of them gave them the track. They decided to turn it into a duet instead of having Heidi re-record the song with just her vocals because they knew they'd get more press this way. The song is called “Dramatic” and it’s pretty sad. I’m not sure whether I should say “poor Britney” or “poor Heidi”…
Typically, we tell you about the best Hollywood hair or the sexiest celebrity abs. Nope, today, we found an entertainment blog that put out the the Top 10 Metrosexual Celebrities. Now some would say that it matters what the definition of metrosexual is. According to Wikipedia, it is “generally applied to heterosexual men with a strong concern for their appearance, or whose lifestyles display attributes stereotypically seen among gay men.” On Merriam-Webster’s website metrosexual’s definition says “a usually urban heterosexual male given to enhancing his personal appearance by fastidious grooming, beauty treatments, and fashionable clothes.” Anyway, this is more fun, so here they are:

Scarlett Johansson is auctioning off a meet-and-greet on eBay to benefit the international relief organization Oxfam. And bidding is going through the roof. At last check, the highest bid was over $10,000. Some of these people might be bidding under false pretenses, though. Several media outlets are calling this a "date". But it's not. What people are actually bidding on are a pair of tickets to the 2009 premiere of Scarlett's movie, "He's Just Not That Into You". The package includes a limo ride, plus professional hair and makeup services. And the winner does get to meet Scarlett, but not for very long. The eBay auction page says, "There is no set amount of time but it is estimated to be a brief visit due to Scarlett's schedule that evening." |
