The family of John Graziano has sued Hulk Hogan and his family for that car crash last August that left Graziano in a coma. John's court-appointed guardian filed papers yesterday alleging that Hulk and his wife Linda should be held responsible for crash. Their 17-year-old son, Nick Hogan, who was driving at the time, was also named in the suit. The suit claims that Nick negligently operated his Toyota Supra by racing another man in a Dodge Viper, a Viper that was owned by Hulk Hogan, by the way. As for Hulk and Linda, the lawsuit claims they knew their son was a reckless driver, and that he had fixed up the Supra for the purpose of racing. But not only did they do nothing to stop his dangerous behavior, they encouraged it. And the lawsuit states that Hulk should have known Nick was driving under the influence at the time of the crash because he's the one who supplied the alcohol in the first place. The lawsuit also names Daniel Jacobs, the man who was driving the Viper. He has pleaded no contest to reckless driving. Nick Hogan is facing a felony charge of reckless driving with serious bodily injury. Graziano remains in a coma and no matter what happens, it's pretty much a guarantee he'll require medical care for the rest of his life.

T.I. was granted a short break from his house arrest to attend the Easter Sunday church service at the NewBirthMissionaryBaptistChurch just outside of Atlanta, Georgia. And not only did he attend the service, but he also took the pulpit. But Tip didn't rap instead he served as a guest speaker. During his three-and-a-half minute speech his rep says he talked about HIV and AIDS awareness. He also told the congregation of 30,000 people, "We're here to celebrate the death of our Lord and Savior. He was willing to give his life for us so that we may ask for forgiveness for our sins and be forgiven and saved. No matter how many times we have to ask or how long it takes to get it right." Not sure why T.I. didn’t talk about gun safety or something more related to the felony gun charges that he’s facing. After the service, T.I. went back to his home where he had dinner with his family.

Pamela Anderson and Rick Salomon are no longer a couple. Their marriage was officially annulled yesterday. Both of them cited fraud. Some say this may have had something to do with Pam promising to have children with Rick. Supposedly, Pam was pregnant when she and Rick separated last year, but shortly after the separation, she was no longer pregnant. We don't know if that means she had an abortion or miscarried. It's all very vague. There had been rumors of a Pam Anderson pregnancy, but they were never confirmed.

For the first time after they were sited in the Hot Rumor of the Day for their alleged affair, Drew Lachey and Cheryl Burke from “Dancing With the Stars” have spoken out. They talked to “Extra!” last night and denied the rumors claiming just that, that they were rumors! They didn’t sound very convincing, but Drew seemed to think anyone who calls someone out in a magazine you should have to put your name on it. I’ll put my name on this! It’s Tricia Delicia B**ches!
