In the Hot Rumor of the Day, don't be surprised if Will Ferrell feels like he's lucky to be alive today. Remember that grizzly bear he wrestled in "Semi-Pro"? Well, on Tuesday, that bear killed his trainer! The bear's name is Rocky. He's 5 years old, seven and a half feet tall, and 700 pounds. His trainer, 39-year-old Stephan Miller, was putting him through obedience exercises at the Predators in Action wild animal training center in Big Bear, California. It's not clear why, but Rocky chomped down on Stephan's neck and killed him. Fellow trainers had to pepper-spray Rocky to subdue him. It's not clear if Rocky was trying to attack Stephan, or if the bite was accidental. Authorities have not yet decided whether to have Rocky put down.

Jennifer Lopez will star in her own reality series on TLC. Technically, they're calling it a "docu-series" but as you probably know by now, that word is just an attempt to separate "good" reality TV from the trash that's on VH1. The show will follow Jennifer as she bravely attempts to balance her career with being a mother. Jennifer gave birth to twins Max and Emme back in February. There's no word on what the show called or when it'll premiere.

"FHM"magazine has dropped its annual list of the 100 Sexiest Women in the World. Britney Spears will be happy to know she made this year's list, but perhaps not as happy to learn that she's all the way down at #100. Two first-timers this year are "Dancing With the Stars" professional dancers Cheryl Burke and Karina Smirnoff who ranked 40th and 78th, respectively. And, "The Hills" is represented three times, thanks to Heidi Montag, Audrina Patridge and Lauren Conrad.
Here are the top ten:

Everyone said it wouldn't last and everyone was right. Star Jones has filed for divorce from her husband of over three years, Al Reynolds. She actually filed a month ago, but she had been trying to keep it as quiet as possible. That's a 180-degree turn from the way she handled the marriage. If you recall, Star was on "The View" at the time, and she basically turned the show into one big commercial by spending most of her time hyping various companies that were giving her free stuff for the wedding. In a statement yesterday, Star said, "Several years ago I made an error in judgment by inviting the media into the most intimate area of my life. The dissolution of a marriage is a difficult time in anyone's life that requires privacy with one's thoughts. I have committed myself to handling this situation with dignity and grace and look forward to emerging from this period as a stronger and wiser woman." There were rumors earlier this week that Star was shacking up with Dwyane Wade of the Miami Heat. At the time, I found them so ridiculous I ignored it, but now, who knows? That can’t be true…

Despite her awesome performance of "Jesus Christ Superstar" this week, Carly Smithson got sent home on "American Idol" last night. Instead of a Bottom Three, they're only giving us a Bottom Two now. And Carly's companion in the basement last night was Syesha Mercado. She sang a song you've never heard of called "One Rock and Roll Too Many", from a play you've never heard of, called "The Starlight Express".
