Kanye West’s huge Glow in the Dark Tour didn't thoroughly impress "Entertainment Weekly". But the reviewer did give the show a B-Plus. However, Kanye took that as an insult and threw yet another tantrum. On his blog, Kanye responded, "Yo, anybody that's not a fan; don't come to my show. For what?! To try and throw ya'll two cents in? "Ya'll rated my album (crappy) and now ya'll come to the show and give it a B+. What's a B+ mean? I'm an extremist. It's either pass or fail! A+ or F-! You know what, (eff) you and the whole (effing) staff!!!" He adds, "I make art. You can't rate this. I'm a real person. I'm not a pop star. I don't care about anything but making great art. Never come [to] one of my shows ever again, you're not invited. This is not pop, it's pop art!" Meanwhile, in effort to defend himself on his rant, he blogged about walking off the stage in Houston during his show. He wrote, "HOUSTON I LOVE YOU! Don't believe the hype! When I started the show the other night we were having a lot of technical issues due 2 the heat. The 2 huge screens on both sides of the stage were glaring bright blue like when your DVD player acts up at home. I asked for them 2 turn the screens off 3 times because it was distracting 2 the show. The fans were not getting what they paid for. I admit, in my frustration, I did use profanity on the 4th time I asked. I stopped the show 2 go over and check it out myself. After the screens were turned off I started the same song from the beginning. The screens were eventually fixed 5 songs in but it was definitely better 2 have them blacked out rather than bright blue. Unfortunately for certain media outlets, you will never be able 2 'Michael Jackson' me. That means 2 make it seem like everything I do is so weird or out of place… they always try 2 make it seem like everything is about my ego! That joke is getting old. At a certain point you have 2 respect that I'm one of the last artist that still cares about the fans having the best time of there lives! Thanks 2 Bossip and Perez for taking it easy on me on the EW spaz… I did go in a little 2 much on that one. I'm sure there are some cool people who work over there and had nothing 2 do with that review. With all that said…. "I'm still the greatest!!!" lol!! Oh and I was in the studio with T.I. last night…. so get ready!!!"
R. Kelly was hit child pornography charges all the way back in 2002 and since then, his case has been delayed over and over again. But it sounds like everything could finally get underway on Friday, when jury selection is scheduled to begin. The prosecution has a new, important witness. Supposedly, a woman is prepared to testify that she had a threesome with R. Kelly and the allegedly underage girl at the center of the case. To refresh your memory, Kelly has been accused of having sex with a girl who's estimated to have been 13 or 14 years old at the time. The act was videotaped, but the alleged victim, who's in her 20s now, claims it isn’t her on the video. But this new witness will testify that the other girl in the threesome was the same woman as the prosecutors' alleged victim and that she was, indeed, underage at the time.  Since the witness hasn't been identified, it's unclear how old she was when she says the threesome occurred. But there are media outlets reporting that she, too, was a minor.  Due to a gag order, both sides aren't able to comment on any of this. For the past six years, R. Kelly has been facing 14 counts of child pornography charges. If he's ever convicted, he's facing up to 15 years in prison.

Mariah Carey might not have been smart enough to have Nick Cannon sign a pre-nup after just a month of dating, but knowing each other for six years didn't stop Jay-Z and Beyonce from signing one.  The National Enquirer claims to have the details from the document signed before their April 4th ceremony.  "Jay Z will pay Beyonce $10 million if the marriage ends after 2 years, and $1 million a year for each further year she remains in the marriage, up to 15 years. He promised to pay her an additional $5 million for each child she bears for him - for her loss of income during the pregnancy and child rearing years. And Beyonce would be granted access to their private jet and fleet of cars, which includes a $1 million 1959 Rolls-Royce convertible."  Not a bad deal, we guess, but Jay is rumored to be worth over $650 million, so this isn't exactly breaking his bank.

Usher has posed for what he calls an "incredible" Father's Day cover of Essence magazine.  But unlike the majority of recent celebrity parents (cough cough, Nicole Richie, Christina Aguilera, Jennifer Lopez), Usher did it for free.  It's not manly enough for him to use his child in that way.  "In no way would I ever pimp out my child for money," the singer told Page Six. "What makes you a man more than being a father to your child?"
