Britney Spears had dinner on Saturday night with Mel Gibson. They met up at a Russian place called the Romanov on
Ventura Boulevard, and spent about two hours together. Nobody has any idea what the purpose of the meeting was. Britney and Mel have a connection through attorney Blair Berk, who represents Britney's dad, Jamie Spears and who helped represent Mel after his traffic stop/anti-Semitic blowout back in 2006. Mel and his wife Robin have privately reached out to Britney, to help her through her troubles. There's also some speculation that he might be thinking about using Britney for an upcoming movie. Meanwhile, UCLAMedicalCenter is firing at least 13 employees and suspending at least six others for snooping into Brit’s confidential medical records while she was in the psych ward earlier this year. And PS, Jamie and Kevin Federline are opening a restaurant together. Supposedly, they want to buy a place in Los Angeles called Casa Cordobes, and run it themselves.
