In the Hot Rumor of the Day, we hear that Keyshia Cole and Young Jeezy are expecting a baby.  The source that is close to Keyshia is saying that it’s Jeezy who has been telling everyone that she is having his baby. No statements from PR yet.

Matt Damon and his wife Luciana are expecting another child. There's no word on the due date. Matt and Luciana have a daughter named Isabella, who'll be two in June and Luciana has a 9-year-old daughter from a previous marriage.

Kimora Lee Simmons finally has her long-sought-after bun in the oven. The demanding diva has been trying for a child with her lover, Djimon Hounsou, and sources say the two have finally made magic. "She's pregnant," a source told us. A rep for Simmons couldn't get a hold of her client for five days. Simmons already has two children, Ming and Aoki, by ex-husband Russell Simmons.

The 14 wannabe models from the latest cycle of "
America's Next Top Model" are accused of making a dump out of the gorgeous $6 million TriBeCa loft where they lived for 10 weeks. Anisa Productions, which makes the show, promised the landlord that any damage would be minor. Instead, we're told, the girls "punched hundreds of holes in the ceiling to hang lighting equipment" and ruined the Brazilian wood floors. The girls not only destroyed the floors, it appears they had food fights. There's ketchup and coffee splattered all over the landlord's $20,000 white drapes. There's lipstick on the walls. They damaged a $15,000 chandelier beyond repair and splashed so much water around, the bathroom was ruined and had to be tested for mold. A plumber had to come fix the toilet and the water caused $90,000 worth of damage to the electrical store on the first floor. "America's Next Top Model" also skipped out on a $1,500 electric bill. The source estimated the damage totals $500,000. The landlord is devastated, and said Tyra Banks should be ashamed of herself.  The show offered to settle for $125,000, but has not paid the landlord any money.  The landlord now plans to file a lawsuit against the show.

Mariah Carey is caught up in a plug triangle between her manager Benny Medina, NBC's "Today" show and ABC's "Good Morning America" over a planned concert performance next month in support of her new album E=MC2.  Every morning show wanted Mariah on for her new album, so Benny started negotiating.  He demanded that 'Today' promote her fragrance and also give her a guest-star role on 'My Name is Earl.'  They agreed. But her "My Name Is Earl" part, which was to coincide with the album release, was put off when it was decided the album needed work.  It was supposed to come out in November, then it was pushed back until February, and now the release date is April 15. The entire time, Benny told 'Today' it would get Mariah for its concert series on
RockefellerPlaza.  But then he stopped returning calls. Turns out, he had done a side deal behind everyone's back with 'Good Morning America' - after NBC had agreed to all of his demands. Medina, in response, said, "We want to do something really spectacular for Mariah's album debut. I don't want 'Today' to feel disrespected by me trying to do right by my client. But when we went on 'GMA' two years ago, they closed down Times Square. It got great ratings and was a big success."  Additionally, Medina denies that he ever promised "Today" that Carey would give a concert on RockefellerPlaza. "If they can show me an e-mail from anyone committing to the concert, I will personally pay for the entire production myself," he said. Mariah’s big "GMA" gig is scheduled for sometime in mid-April, however, details regarding the location have yet to be announced.

We've heard word that The Game may have been released from jail last night at
1:30am. If that was the case, his 60-day sentence for pulling out a gun on school property would have ended up only being a 7-day sentence.
