Another day, another celebrity sex tape scandal in the Hot Rumor of the Day! Lindsay Lohan's ex-boyfriend Calum Best allegedly used his cell phone to tape Lindsay performing oral sex on him, and now a preview has surfaced online. Sources say Calum sent the video to close friends, and somehow it ended up on the web. And Lindsay is definitely not happy about it. She's reportedly, "freaking out because she can't remember being filmed." Meanwhile, Lindsay is said to be stuck in the middle of a battle between two women over her affections. Yep, women. Both Courtenay Semel, the 28-year-old daughter of former Yahoo! chairman Terry Semel, and DJ Samantha Ronson have told the troubled actress that they love her. In March, Lindsay was seen cuddling with Samantha as she DJ'd a gig in New York. But that doesn't mean Samantha has the upper hand. Although Lindsay and Courtenay recently had a falling out, prompting Courtenay to move out (they were "roommates"), sources say that Courtenay, "can't let go of Lindsay, and she'll do what she can to win her back."

Method Man and Redman are finally back in the studio together. They're recording a follow-up to their joint album, "Blackout!", which has gone Platinum since being released back in 1999. "Blackout 2"could be released this summer.

T.I. didn't get to host a Thanksgiving gathering at his Atlanta-area home. But he will be able to attend Easter services. A federal magistrate judge has ruled Clifford Harris can be away from home Sunday for services. He must be accompanied by a court-approved monitor and one of his attorneys. He is awaiting trial on weapons charges. He must be accompanied by a court-approved monitor and one of his attorneys.

Oprah Winfrey’s new reality show, "Oprah's Big Give", is all about being charitable to the needy, but one person who isn't getting any money is Darlene Tracy, a woman who claims she came up with the idea for the show. Back in February of 2005, Darlene says she sent Oprah's Harpo Productions a pitch for a suspiciously similar reality show, which she called "The Philanthropist". Darlene and Harpo had a few discussions, but Harpo eventually passed on the idea. But in December of 2006, Oprah announced that she'd be teaming up with ABC to produce "Oprah's Big Give". When Darlene heard about it, she filed a lawsuit. A judge, however, dismissed her case and "The Big Give" went into production. Now, she's filed an appeal citing the similarities between the two shows and her correspondences with Harpo back in 2005. Oprah, and her production company, have continually insisted that her claim has no merit. Meanwhile, a source on Darlene’s team says, "Oprah's side has conceded that they didn't have a philanthropy show in development until they got Darlene's pitch. Stealing a show about altruism is more than a little ironic."
