Nelly Furtado is pregnant in the Hot Rumor of the Day! She is engaged to sound engineer, Demo Castellon, a Cuban-American from Miami. "She's not very far along yet, so she's trying to keep the pregnancy under wraps," says Star magazine. Nelly has a four-year-old daughter, Nevis, with ex-boyfriend, DJ Jasper Gahunia. Some think that Nelly was looking a bit fuller at the Grammy Awards last weekend, but she looked awesome!
When Alicia Keys opens up her tour in Hampton on April 19th, she’ll do it with Jordin Sparks! Just announced, Jordin will open up for Alicia in her multi-city tour beginning this spring right here in Virginia!
That little stunt Kanye West pulled at the Grammys may have been cool to you, but it may not have been that cool to the Grammy people. We hear he is going to get fined for overextending the time limit on his speech. They say when Kanye went overtime some 34 seconds, he cut into somebody’s commercial time and now he must be fined. He hasn’t been fined yet, but they are saying that dude is going to get hit with a $100k fine. Apparently, the board of the Grammys is going to meet and make a decision. This has never happened in the past, but Kanye was pretty bold to tell them to “wrap it up.”
Chinese actress Bai Ling, you may have seen in a few episodes of “Lost” and in that horrible gingerbread outfit at the Grammys, was busted for shoplifting at Los AngelesInternationalAirport on Wednesday. She was busted at an airport gift shop, after leaving with four items she didn't pay for: Two celebrity gossip magazines and two packs of triple-A batteries. She was booked on one count of misdemeanor shoplifting and released. She's due in court on March 5th. Ling is blaming all this on relationship problems, by the way. She says she was dealing with the, "huge problem of breaking up before Valentine's Day."
